This classic highset Queenslander features butterfly stairs leading up to the front verandah.  It has a bull nosed verandah running around all four sides, back steps, arched battens under the verandah, decorative spandrels on the verandah posts, cross bracing on walls, pressed metal window awnings with decorative motif, classic stove recess next to the back steps, gutters and downpipes.
A classic Queenslander that would add realism and authenticity to any Queensland layout.

It is printed on a foundation to keep everything secure  during shipping and for easy handling while painting.  The foundation can be easily removed by carefully snipping away from the stumps.
